TEKEVER

(Portugal)
TEKEVER is a product oriented company which invests significantly in research of innovative technologies. Our vision is to provide technology to make the Evernet a reality (to enable everyone, everywhere at any time to collaborate to achieve a common goal). TEKEVER's core business is the development of software for mobile systems, wireless and ad-hoc networks. TEKEVER has a considerable background in wireless, mobile networks and in multichannel technologies and is currently involved in European Civilian and Defence research in the domains of Ad-hoc networking, Delay and Disruption Tolerant Networking, Cognitive Radio and Hybrid Networking. TEKEVER is the Coordinator of the MONET Project.

CRAT
(Italy) 
CRAT is a no-profit consortium, including University of Rome Sapienza, Elsag-Datamat, Thales Alenia Spazio Italia and Space Engineering, established with the aim of performing advanced research in Communication Systems, Power Systems and Information Technologies. The most relevant research topics include Quality of Service (QoS), convergence and mobility management over different terrestrial and satellite radio technologies, traffic control, multimedia services over IP, etc. The applied methodology consists of cross-fertilization techniques among different fields, such as system and control theory, telecommunications, operation research and computer science.

University of Surrey
(United Kingdom)
The Centre for Communication Systems Research (CCSR) of the University of Surrey is one of the major research centres in Satellite, Networks, and Mobile Communication.
The Centre has 12 academics 46 researchers, 80 PhD research students, and 7 support staff members. The research focuses satellite and mobile communications and future networking with respect to theory and practice.  In particular, the focuses on research related to network architecture and protocols, future Internet, network security, QoS Routing, traffic engineering, satellite and mobile wireless networks. The CCSR has been a major player in the European Union FP6 and FP7 programmes.

Administration of the Republic of Slovenia for Civil Protection and Disaster Relief
(Slovenia) 
Uprava Republike Slovenije za zaščito in reševanje, Ministrstvo za obrambo (Administration of the Republic of Slovenia for Civil Protection and Disaster Relief) (hereinafter referred to as URSZR) is a constituent body of the Ministry of Defence. It performs administrative and professional protection, rescue and relief tasks as well as other tasks regarding protection against natural and other disasters. URSZR is divided into six internal organizational units (four sectors and two services) based in Ljubljana as well as 13 other URSZR branches operating throughout Slovenia. Within each branch there is a regional notification 112 centre that performs a 24-hour duty service. Altogether, 300 people are employed at URSZR branches and notification centre.
